'When I met Lizzie after my injury, I was both physically struggling to walk and do any normal exercise, and very emotional due to the fact that I felt I couldn’t achieve very much. As soon as I was able, I was seeing Lizzie on a weekly basis slowly building up my strength and my ability. Every week she pushed me that bit more towards somthing I thought I couldn’t do. Sometimes we look back on how much I have physically improved and it’s amazing. Lizzie works out what makes you tick and pushes you to that next level. Now I am strong enough and more importantly confident enough thanks to her, to push myself to achieve that next goal.
