ThreeZero12 offers mat based pilates, which focuses on core control and stability in order to achieve flexibility, mobility, strength and improve overall fitness. 

Lizzie has been trained by APPI - the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.

This type of Pilates has a rehabilitation based focus, which makes it a great addition to any sports or fitness program. It also focuses on fun, engaging and interactive classes, which are suitable for all levels and may include equipment.
