As of the 25th Sept, I will be running a 'Mind and Body Strengthening Program' designed to focus on both the mental and physical aspects of our health. One of my key aims with setting up ThreeZero12 with Stu was to focus on the connection between both physical and mental wellbeing and I thought what better way to get going with this, than to utilise both my HIIT pilates and Yoga training to create a program to achieve just that.
