Lizzie trained through Sun Power Yoga which has given her the knowledge of 4 traditional styles of yoga. Hatha brought the theory, philosophy and classical asanas, Iyengar focused on alignment and posturing, Sivananda brought subtle mind and breath work and Astanga developed heat, flexibility and stamina within her practice.
Lizzie offers meditation, breath work, vinyasa flow and controlled strength work to her clients depending upon their requirements. Through her intensive training, Lizzie truly saw the benefits of a daily practice and is now looking to pass her experience on to help others.
