ThreeZero12 are excited to announce 2 new events coming to Carlyon Bay this summer. We have teamed up with Shoreside bar and Jaspers Kitchen to provide you with a fun fill evening by the sea.

So why not join me for an evening of Yoga, food and for anyone that fancies a post flow dip in the sea. The events will be a perfect post work release and have fun with friends or meet other likeminded locals. It’s also a great opportunity to support small local businesses, whilst also raising much needed funds for the St Austell Food Bank.

The evening will start at 6pm with fun and energising Silent Disco Yoga session on the beach. Every attendee will be given a silent disco headset, for a fully immersive and unique outdoor Yoga experience. Once the Yoga is finished, those of you who have chosen the food & drink option will be given tokens to exchange for these (further details can be found below). Then you can sit back, relax and enjoy an evening on the beach. For those like me who love the ocean there will of course be an opportunity to take a dip in the sea.

Ticket price includes:

• 1 hour Silent Disco Yoga Session

• Silent Disco Headset

• £5 donation to St Austell Food Bank

For those that have added food and drink:

• A choice of alcoholic or non alcoholic drink to the value of £5 from Shoreline Bar

• Food from Jaspers Kitchen (details below) 

What you will need to bring:

-       Yoga Mat

-       Water

-       Comfortable clothes for Yoga

The events will be run on the following dates and can be booked below:

-       Tue 20th September

Terms and Conditions:

Entry to the event will require a ticket, which must be purchased before the event.

If for any reason you are unable to attend the event you have up to 7 days to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days, no refund will be offer however you have the option to pass your ticket on to a friend. Any change in details from the original purchaser must be emailed over to me lizzie@threezero12.co.uk . A list of all the attendees will be with me at each event, and each individual will need to sign into the event in order to take part in the Yoga and be given food/drink vouchers. 

If for any reason weather conditions are not suitable to run the event on the beach, we will aim to find an alternative solution or provide a full refund where an alternative cannot be sourced.

Due to the sale of alcohol at this event we must limit this to over 18s only, proof of ID will be required.

-       Any pizza or burger up to the value of £10

Shoreside Bar:

-       Any alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink up to the value of £5
